How we create on hold messages

On-hold messages let callers know about the range of services and products the business has to offer, and can increase sales per call by 10% to 20%. Hold time can be used constructively to announce specials, changes or additions to a business, new location and new products or services. ImageLine-emphasized marketing paragraphs in the on-hold script allows for maximum customization of the message, expressing the individuality of the business.
Each production is no more than six minutes in length and consists of eight messages of information. The average script length is 800 to 850 words. Scripts are based on information gathered from you during consulting session(s) using marketing materials, interviews, website information, etc. Scripts are provided within ten working days of receipt of information. Scripts are to be approved prior to studio time recording. All information provided to ImageLine for purposes of familiarization with the company and script writing is held confidential.
ImageLine uses a high quality music library containing a variety of music styles composed specifically for voice over. Selection of background music for the production is based on your request and overall marketing image. Contract provides for choice of all male, all female or mixed gender voices at no additional charge. If you request a voice outside of ImageLine's talent pool, additional charges may be necessary based on talent's status as union member or non-union.
Our pricing for on hold messages includes all consulting time, script writing, studio fees, voice talent fees and music licensing fees. We are also able to produce radio spots to coordinate with the telephone on hold message, as well as equipment. Equipment may be purchased through ImageLine or through client's telephone equipment vendor.
